By using AnyTatt you agree to these terms. They are short because the product is simple: a placement preview and a design generator, offered as a pilot.

What AnyTatt is

AnyTatt lets you place a tattoo design on a measurement-based 3D arm to preview size and position, and optionally generate designs with AI. It is a planning aid, not a body scan or a stencil. Confirm dimensions, placement and the final artwork with your tattoo artist before anything goes on skin.

Accounts and fair use

• You need a Google account only to use AI generation or account sync. Everything else works without one.
• Free accounts get a daily allowance of successful generations (shown in the studio). The allowance resets at midnight UTC. Failed or blocked generations are not charged.
• One account per person. Don't share sign-ins, automate requests, or try to get around the allowance or content filters.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos and designs you upload. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: storing your project if you turn on sync, and sending your text prompt to the AI model to make a design. Upload only content you have the right to use, and no images of other people without their consent.

Generated designs

Designs made with "Create with AI" are produced by Google's Vertex AI. You may use them for your own tattoo. We make no claim to them and no promise that they are unique, original or free of resemblance to existing work. Whether a generated image can be protected by copyright, or infringes someone else's, varies by jurisdiction and is your responsibility to consider. Prompts are checked by Google's content filters; requests that are blocked are refused and not charged.

Acceptable use

Don't use AnyTatt to create hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful content, to imitate a real person, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Availability and changes

AnyTatt is a pilot. It is provided as is, may change or go offline without notice, and the free allowance may change. Keep your own copy of anything you care about with "Download project".

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AnyTatt is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including a tattoo that is placed, sized or designed differently from the preview. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
